Drinking 6 bottles of water a day for 5 days

In this post, I’m sharing the results of a short-term nutrition goal that I started on 10/30/23 with an expected completion date of 11/3/23. The actual completion date was 11/5/23.

The Goal

I will drink 6 bottles of water a day for 5 days by setting aside 30 bottles of water before 10/30/23 and making sure I have easy access to 6 of them daily. This will allow me to hydrate myself better by 11/3/23.

Goal achieved = Not yet ❌

Goal status = Closed

Goal summary = Attempt #1 was a failure. I need to set this goal again.

10/29/23 Update

I have 30 bottles of water set aside for this goal.

I only had 1 bottle of water today. 👎

I will do better tomorrow.

I only had 3 bottles of water today. That’s better than yesterday, but…

I only had 3 bottles of water today.

11/4/23 Update

It looks like I missed a total of 11 bottles of water from the days listed below.

  • 5 bottles of water missed on 10/30/23
  • 3 bottles of water missed on 10/31/23
  • 3 bottles of water missed on 11/1/23
  • 3 bottles of water missed on 11/2/23

I consumed a total of 9 bottles of water on 11/3/23. And since I only set aside 6 for each day, that results in me still having 11 bottles of water to drink.

The original goal completion date was 11/3/23. However, to drink the remaining 11 bottles of water, I’m extending this goal.

The original goal completion date was 11/3/23. However, to drink the remaining 11 bottles of water, I extended this goal.

With this update, the goal will transition to a closed status.
